Support for the Coalition’s work to engage its members in demanding government accountability for meeting pollution reduction goals under the Bay TMDL, particularly in the context of the Mid-Point Assessment, and to protect the Bay TMDL and Clean Water Act from legislation and budget attacks that would negatively impact the restoration effort.
